Rules of Rajgond Sangram Sena

1. Name of the Organization

The name of the organization shall be Rajgond Sangram Sena.
The organization can be formed when there are a minimum of 12 members.
At village, tehsil, district, and state levels, a minimum of 12 members is mandatory.

2. Area of Operation

The operational area of Rajgond Sangram Sena shall be the entire territory of India.

3. Types of Members

Rajgond Sangram Sena shall have the following types of members:

  • Active Members

  • Honorary Members

  • Representative Members

  • Patrons

  • Core Committee (National level only)

4. Active Members

ny person belonging to the Rajgond/Gond community who is 18 years of age or above can become an active member by paying a contribution of ₹1000 or more.

  1. Members who pay monthly or yearly contributions shall be called active members.
    Only active members shall have voting rights.
    A Rajgond/Gond member can be an active member of only one organization at a time.

  2. Industrialists, businessmen, administrative officers, and politicians must contribute additional donations or annual financial support according to their capacity, apart from the fixed contribution.

5. Patron & Core Committee

(a) Patron:
Persons who donate ₹1000 per month or ₹11,000 per year or more, or those whom the organization considers eligible based on merit and contribution, shall be patrons.

(b) Core Committee:
The Core Committee has the authority to intervene in all decisions and orders.
All decisions of the Core Committee shall be final.
Appointments to any post shall be recommended by the Core Committee.
Recommendation of the Founder/Director/National President is mandatory for Core Committee membership.

6. Honorary Members

Rajgond Sangram Sena may appoint Rajgond members who do not pay regular contributions as honorary members for special purposes.
The number of honorary members in a district shall not exceed five.
Honorary members may donate voluntarily.

7. Representative Members

Active members who have served the organization with good conduct for at least one year may be elected as representative members in the General Body Meeting.
Representative members may donate voluntarily every year according to their will.

8. Membership Contribution

Rajgond Sangram Sena may decide monthly or annual membership contributions as per convenience.

9. Meetings

Rajgond Sangram Sena shall conduct two types of meetings:

  1. Executive Committee Meeting

  2. General Body Meeting

10. Executive Committee Meeting

The Executive Committee shall be formed to manage organizational activities.
It shall consist of officers, honorary members, and representative members.
Executive Committee meetings shall be held once every quarter.
The meeting shall review monthly activities, upcoming programs, work reports, and important community-related information.

11. General Body Meeting

The General Body Meeting shall be held once every year, with participation of all members.
It shall include:

  • Annual report

  • Review of activities

  • Financial income and expenditure review

  • Description of members’ responsibilities

  • Any important community-related information

Special General Body Meetings may be called when required by the Founder or President.

12. Elections

Elections shall be held every three years as per rules in the General Body Meeting.
If elections cannot be held on time, existing officers may continue for a maximum of six months.
If elections still cannot be conducted, the organization head may arrange elections within two months or form an interim committee.

13. Formation of Sub-Committees

The Executive Committee may form sub-committees by including its members and special honorary members for specific tasks.

14. In-Charge & Coordinator

  • In-Charge:
    Senior to President; cannot appoint members; appointed by National Core Committee.

  • Coordinator:
    Junior to President; executes assigned work; up to three coordinators may be appointed by Core Committee.

15. Founder & Supreme Authority

The Founder/Chief and President shall always remain the supreme authority and shall have the power to appoint or remove office bearers.
Elections shall be held only on the recommendation of the Founder/Chief/National President.

Shri Arvind Pratap Singh Judev Ji shall remain the Founder and permanent Chief of Rajgond Sangram Sena.

16. Violation of Rules

Any member working against the objectives and rules of Rajgond Sangram Sena shall not be considered an active member.

Elected Office Bearers & Responsibilities

1. President

  • Appointment and supervision of meetings

  • Implementation of decisions taken by Executive Committee and Core Committee

2. Vice President

  • Up to two Vice Presidents may be appointed

  • Responsible for executing assigned duties and orders

3. General Secretary

  • Conducting committee meetings

  • Implementing decisions of the President, Vice President, and Core Committee

4. Secretary

  • Up to five Secretaries may be appointed as required

  • Responsible for strengthening the organization and executing leadership decisions

5. Treasurer

  • Collection of donations and contributions

  • Presenting financial records to Core Committee, President, and Committee

6. Office Secretary

  • Execution of duties assigned by President and General Secretary

7. Social Media & Media In-Charge

  • One main in-charge and up to five assistants

  • Responsible for publishing activities and objectives on social and print media

17. Duties

President’s Duties
  • Chair all meetings

  • Ensure discipline and duty compliance

  • Protect organizational interests

  • Maintain official records

Vice President & Coordinator Duties
  • Chair meetings in absence of President

  • Perform assigned duties

In-Charge & Coordinator Duties
  • Promote organizational growth

  • Establish new branches

  • Ensure timely collection and transfer of funds

  • Protect community assets

  • Prevent anti-social activities

  • Resolve internal disputes

  • Submit inspection and activity reports
